I’ve really got to re-think this disconnect between a world I thought existed, and the one that actually exists. I can’t even believe i’m here.. am I dreaming? The first few days, I was too scared of speaking out of the fear of saying the wrong thing… I didn’t want to crack something precious.
Maybe i’m being overly sensitive to being where I wanted to be all along and that this is just the romance. Eventually, things will subside, the reality will hit, and I hope I grow into it all. But I am happy to be here in this way, and i’m grateful that they’re this way right now. I hope my shortcomings can be forgiven… i’m working on flipping them. Shit, it takes time.

When companies are growing quickly and they are having a lot of impact, careers take care of themselves.
